those soccer balls and basketballs, it's time for Starlings Volleyball!
This season runs from Friday February 19th through June. If you're not familiar with Starlings, please take a look

We will have three to five Scripps Ranch teams this season. Tianna is back, looking forward to Scott and Maureen joining us. Unfortunately Liz is going to coach many of her high school players for Starlings this season. Thank you Liz for so many great years!
Please put the word out for one or two more coaches.
To get things started, please email the following info to me at jstarr@blokhaus.com: Player, Age, Commitment (yes, maybe) Uniform Size, Sweatshirt Option ($40).
Download and complete the player packet and bring forms to the Scripps Ranch Recreation Center on Friday, February 19, 4:30. we'll have a short parent & player meeting, followed by practice until 6. We will practice as a group on the 19th and 26th, then first week of March we'll divide into teams based on a combination of age and skills. We'll also add a additional weekday practice in March.

Fees will vary based on # of players & teams. Court fees continue to go up. this year I estimate fees will be about $440 per player. Fee includes league registration, gym time, uniforms, equipment, and 6 tournaments. Sweatshirts are available for an additional $40. If you have your uniform from last year that you will use, deduct $50. if you would like to turn in last year's uniform that doesn't fit please let me know, we'll figure out some sort of exchange.
Practices: We have 2 a week, 1 1/2 hours each. Gym practices will be at the Scripps Ranch Recreation Center or Alliant University.
Outdoors will be on the grass, day and time based on each team, we will start the outdoor practice after daylight savings.
Uniforms: Asics Precedent Jerseys (BT351) Color is Royal Blue - click here for size chart shorts will be black again this year and there are several styles to choose from (no more colored spandex!)
